Who we are

This website is operated by The Stile Agency ("TSA", "we", "us"), a social media marketing agency based in London. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Questions, requests and complaints all go to sayhello@tsaglobal.co.uk.

Our registered company details and ICO registration reference are held by TSA and will be published in this section once confirmed.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address and message you choose to give us. Nothing on the form is collected covertly, and there are no hidden fields.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. This is used to serve the site securely and to investigate faults.

Why we hold it

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on taking steps to enter a contract where that follows.

We do not add enquiry email addresses to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Enquiries reach us by email, so they pass through our website host and our email provider acting on our instructions. We share information with other suppliers only where it is necessary to run the business, and only under contract.

We will disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are kept for as long as that relationship lasts and for the period afterwards required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these, email sayhello@tsaglobal.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and changes

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people at TSA who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
