About these terms

This website is operated by The Stile Agency ("TSA"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing here varies it.

Using the site

You may view and share the pages of this site for your own information and for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or scrape or copy it systematically for another service.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Intellectual property

The TSA name and logo, the design of this site, and its copy, photography and film are owned by TSA or used with permission. Client names, logos and campaign work appear as case studies and remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, adapt or republish any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Case studies describe work delivered for the clients named. They are illustrative of our approach and are not a promise of any particular outcome for another brand.

Enquiries and content you send us

When you send us an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form before we have an agreement in place.

Personal information you send is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Where we link to a third-party site, such as a press feature or a social profile, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
